In the USA, we support our clients from their inception, by registering the company and setting up all administration and accounting services.



We will incorporate your company and register it with Federal Administrations and local states, giving you the qualification to do business wherever needed. 



We provide a full setup package encompassing all aspects needed to get started right. We will setup charts of accounts, accounting

folder and software, inter-company agreement and basic accounting and controlling processes.



We will manage company payroll and benefits (health insurance, 401k, etc) support employee onboarding and we will define HR policies (time off, travel, etc).
